Note Neko is a web-based personal diary and relationship management application. Users can write diary entries, which are processed by AI to automatically extract and organize mentions of people and places. The service is offered as a monthly subscription (SaaS).

Free Plan

Available at no cost. Includes 31 AI processing credits per month.

Pro Plan — $4.99/month (USD)

Monthly subscription billed at $4.99 USD. Includes 300 AI processing credits per month.

Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, or consumption tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additional Fees

There are no additional fees beyond the listed subscription price. No shipping costs, processing fees, or hidden charges apply.

Payment Methods & Payment Period

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

Delivery Times

Note Neko is a digital service accessible immediately upon account creation. Pro plan features become available instantly after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Cancellations and returns requested by the customer

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. Because the service is delivered digitally and available immediately upon purchase, refunds for the current billing period are generally not provided.

If you experience a technical issue or service defect that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at noteneko@luonic.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a refund or service credit as appropriate.
